MCC Announces  TAP, MCC's Training, Access, and Preparation Program, is pleased to announce the offering of a NEW TAP class. All TAP classes are offered online. All you need to attend this class is a phone over which you will hear the presenter and speak to others in the class, and a computer on which you will log in to the website where you will see the presenter's presentation. Metropolitan Community Churches are on a bold mission to transform hearts, lives, and history. This transformation is more than a dream. It is our vision to partner with and support our local churches, pastors, and regions to plant 50 Metropolitan Community Churches globally by 2015! This training opportunity will focus on debunking roadblocks, as well as provide practical, pragmatic resources to local churches seeking to understand and engage in sponsoring new church plants across the globe. This training is for clergy, board of directors, lay delegates, and any persons or teams praying for and exploring opportunities for sponsoring healthy church planting. Early registration is encouraged because early registrants will receive a copy of the new resource: Sponsoring Churches: Guidelines & Strategies to read in advance of the training. She is the founding pastor of Imago Dei MCC located in suburban Philadelphia, PA, USA, and is a church planting consultant to MCC (faculty at MCC Church Planting Institutes since 2003, coach to current MCC church planters since 2006, and church planting resource developer for MCC's original on-line church planting training modules ~ look for new and revised modules in 2009). She is passionate about new church development, particularly locating and adapting materials relevant to the pluralist MCC context, from theology to praxis.
